  What a beautiful One-Owner book I have for you here. This beauty display shining Like New NM quality with Very minimal wear, mainly a hint wear on top edge. With a perfect cover wrap this book has outstanding eye appeal. The interior feature nice Off Whit/White page quality. Super tough call on this gorgeous book. I believe it is without question a 9.2 NM every day of the week, but I have seen lesser books in 9.4 NM slabs. One thing is for sure...... your not likely finding a nicer of this 52 page giant out in the wild any time soon.
