* there is a small stain on the lower left hand corner of the back cover - the stain affects the last page, but only lightly (the rest of the pages aren't affected - however, that small area of the book, from the lower left corner of the back cover to the corresponding corner on the front cover, has a "wavy" feel - but it is only in that small area
* there a few stress marks
* there is a small indentation on left side of the front cover (but no tear) - there are a few smaller indentations on bottom of the back cover (but no resulting tears)
* lower left corner of back cover is creased
* there is a faint folding mark on the left side of the back cover, but it is not sharply creased
* cover lies flat

* pages are in good shape (other than what is noted above), just minor age wear
* spine is intact
