Actual cover art you receive will differ with final trade dress including company logos, titles and barcodes. Virgin covers will be mentioned in the title and description.Cover artist and art are subject to change without notice. I will try to update you should an artist change and if i am given ample notice. Returns and refunds will not be granted because the artwork is not to your satisfaction.Sometimes cover art isn't available at the time of listing. I will try to update you with proper cover art on a purchase when it becomes available. However, sometimes i am unable to do so. Returns and refunds will not be allowed because you are not satisfied with the artwork.We do not and cannot guarantee a specific grade on non-incentive/non-premium covers. Most will ship to you in nm/mint or better condition. Once in a while a comic comes in from the vender with a slight defect that will alter the condition (grade). The minimum we will promise to ship to you is vf/nm (9.0). Should a less grade than a 9.0 arrive a reorder will be placed and you will be informed accordingly. You assume the same risks on conditions from the vendors when ordering as we do.We know the importance of receiving incentive covers in great condition are to our customers. We will ship to you incentives in near mint or higher. Should an incentive arrive in less-than-ideal condition, a reorder will be placed, and you will be informed accordingly.All comics are shipped to you bagged and boarded. Orders of less than 10 comics are shipped to you securely in a gemini comic mailer. Orders of 10 or more comics are shipped securely (nice and tight) in a box. Since comics are received from different venders, please allow 1 to 3 business days after the comic's release date to ship non-incentive covers and up to 5 business days after their release date to ship incentive covers. Do not message me the day of their release asking when your order ships, i will only tell you above. Please allow for proper cataloging, inspection, and prepping of your order. Note: weekends and holidays do not count as a business day.I ship via usps ground advantage at a flat shipping fee. Additional comics ordered will produce a small additional charge. Combined shipping is allowed, however the Hip shopping cart will not allow presale items to be added with non-preorder books. If you are ordering non-preorder books with presale comics, you will have to order in a separate shopping cart. This also applies to comics that you receive a specific offer for. Any paid overage on s/h will be refunded accordingly.International shipping will only be done through Hip's international shipping program and mailed through their international shipping hubs. International shipping is handled by Hip after we ship to one of their shipping hubs. I am not responsible for any shipping delays once it is received by Hip and shipped by Hip. In addition, do not contact me for any damages or delays. Please file a claim through Hip's claim system for any damages beyond what is described above.Since preorders are done 30 days in advance you will notice an outlandish ship to you date provided by Hip. However, should you receive a book severely damaged while in transit (less than a 9.0 as described above), a refund may be issued or a reorder placed depending upon your preference.
