NOTE: War era books are very, very scarce as the government had tons of paper drives for the war effort! 10's of thousands of comic books were brought to the curb by patriotic kids to help in the war effort! War in Europe did not end until May of this print year, 1945, and we still were fighting in Japan for a while after that so the war effort by young kids kept going till the very end, destroying a good 90% of all comics from that era! That is partly why Archie 1 sells for $35,981.00 in the same VG+ condition!!! That was only 16 issues earlier than this copy!

Wow! This book has deep rich color and fairly nice eye-appeal on this all-time-classic Archie Serenading Head Light Girl on balcony! With cream pages interiors. The book is glue-reinforced, attached at the spine and well attached at the centerfold staples! With small tape-seals at the inside top-edge of the front cover along with several longer ones on the inside back cover's outer-edge going inward about an inch each. We have adjusted the grade accordingly. With overall wear appropriate to grade.
