Solid unrestored copy of the first appearance of Spidermans most iconic foe-the Green Goblin.This copy is structurally sound with deep full cover colors,the cover has a very smooth feel and creamier off white to cream interior pages.There are no spine splits and the spine is inatct  except at the bottom and top 1/8" where there is some natural wear. The spine does show some wear as the black line is interrupted with wear commensurate with the grade.We feel that 1 leaf has been added that was not original to this issue;however it is original to the time and is no longer considered as qualified. It is also possible that the leaf IS original to the comic as quality control on these issues from the early 1960s was low.In short a structurally firm copy with great eye appeal and enough minor wear to make it very affordable.Early 1960s Amazing Spidermans are disappearing and that accounts for the large price increases.As opposed to gold of which more  can be found in the ground,we can not manufacture any more 1960s early Amazing Spidermans,and thus prices can only go 1 way-UP!
