* Another tough call on this great looking One Owner Newsstand book.  The book displays Like New with  9.4 NM quality, but has a small corner stress on the lower left corner.  I have to believe the book pulls at least a 9.0 VFN/NM from any grading company.

* Nice Flat Spine with clean tight staples (couple tiny ticks)
