*  OK.... Tough call on this VERY nice looking One Owner Newsstand book. The book has 9.4 NM qualities and displays Like New features. The back cover bottom edge has some light wear on it and therefore I had to lower the grade some.  I have to believe the book pulls at least a 9.0 VFN/NM with any grading company with an outside chance at maybe a 9.2 NM-.. A super clean book with VERY minimal wear noted.

* Outstanding Original Cover Color and Gloss with Virtually Flawless cover Surface 

* Solid Sharp  Corners and Edges with Some minimal Edge wear on back cover only

* Beautiful White  page quality
