*  Wow!  Comic Books simply don't get much better than this One Owner Beauty!  This Outstanding looking book displays Like New Quality and is virtually flawless! At first glance I thought it a 9.8 NM-MT candidate, and it could very well be, but Im going to conservatively say it is a solid 9.6 NM+ with any grading company out there.  One thing IS for sure.... you can buy one of the many over graded books peopl out there have listed as "High Grade", or you can have the Real Deal.... Choice is yours.
