Donald Simpson (of MEGATON MAN fame) set himself a gargantuan goal in 1991 when he sought to accurately adapt the 1933 classic film KING KONG to comic book form . . . but boy!, did he succeed!

Here are the 6 issues that display his success on this worthy project, published by MONSTER COMICS from Feb.1991 to March of '92. All in black & white, just like the original movie!   Simpson chose some of the best monster modelers in the business to be his cover artists - Dave Stevens, William Stout, Mark Schultz and Ken Steacy!

All 6 issues are in pristine condition.  You could easily expect to pay $40 - $50 for this set, and another $10-$12 for postage!  Here at Benny's Comics Corner we like our price tag of an unbeatable $20!  And we don't MONKEY AROUND with high shipping fees - ours are some of the lowest anywhere!
