From the one-owner high-grade DC Boca collection from Boca-Raton, Florida.  It comes with a certificate of authenticity from Kermit's Pad.

This book has nice rich color on this all-time-classic cover. There are very light
shadows at the base of the covers. There is a teeny tear at the lower-outer
edge with a light upper-outer corner-chip on the back cover. The defects are very small, with overall light wear appropriate to grade. The book is well attached at the spine and centerfold! We have adjusted the grade accordingly.
