From the one-owner high-grade DC Boca collection from Boca-Raton, Florida. It comes with a certificate of authenticity from Kermit's Pad.
This book has nice rich color on this all-time-classic cover with some light creasings on Superboy at the lower-outer area. There are very teeny tears and a very small light edge-shadow on the base of the back cover. We have adjusted the grade accordingly. There is very slight wear at the top of the spine on the front cover that we almost missed.
