Issue Description
The volcano of Herdubreid is the ultimate goal of Professor Richter, who many years ago, tried in vain to unravel its secrets. On the snowy slopes and dark bowels of the mountain, the final challenge will take place between Richter and the Spirit with the Hatchet, in a place that bears the mark of the more mocking among the Nordic Gods: the evil Loki. Will Zagor fail to prevent the enemy from taking the terrible inventions of Atlantis?

Volume Description
Zagor was the first regular publication in the standard Sergio Bonelli Editore format (21 x 16 cm) dedicated to the popular eponymous hero.
It was originally published under the "Collana Zenith" volume, that, from issue #52, changed its name to "Zagor" . So the issues have a "double" numbering: Zagor #1 is also Zenith #52, Zagor #2 is also Zenith #53, and so on.
The fist 68 issues (under the "Zagor" numbering) contain stories previously published in strips. From issue #68 they are all unpublished stories.
All covers were drawn by Gallieno Ferri.
