Volume Description
Launched from Mike Grell's issue #8 of DC 1st Issue Special, this title was one of the new series launches for the DC Explosion, which became known as the DC Implosion, four years later. Warlord was one of a handful of Explosion titles that would survive the Implosion, lasting all the way through September 1989, with #133. The series followed Travis Morgan, an ex US army Air fighter who crashed into the center of the Earth in the land of Skartaris.
