Issue Description

It starts out with Otto Octavius just escaping jail and trashing Norman Osborn's Office talking to his claws and asking for revenge. Then it cuts to Peter at his job watching the t.v. where Kraven the Hunter is talking about coming to New York to hunt down Spiderman but all Peter can think about is how Otto has escaped and he's very worried about him going on another rampage.

Then it cuts to Gwen Stacy and her Dad in his police office talking about how she pulled a knife on a student because he was bullying another kid. Ben Urich keeps trying to get to talk to Gwen Stacy's dad to ask him what he knows about Otto.

Then S.H.I.E.L.D. agents also come to ask him about all he knows about the house that Otto trashed. Just as Kraven is coming to New York The shield agents talk to Justin Hammer.

The series ended with issue 133 after the events of Ultimatum and was continued in the two-issue mini-series Ultimatum: Spider-Man - Requiem until it was revamped as Ultimate Comics Spider-Man with a new number 1.
