Issue Description
The Punisher is listetening to the news and hearing that his friend, Quentin O'Toole was killed by a serial Killer called the Slasher. Frank discovered the body before the cops did and saw the word "rocky" written in blood. This linked the Slasher to a couple of rich men that Frank was hunting. Frank talks with Microchip and Junior about his plans. Saying that Rocky was the Slasher and Takegura was his main target and he planed on trading him for Rocky. Junior says that he plans on wearing a angel holster from now on since he was knocked out last issue.
Castle follows Mr. Takegura and uses tear gas to stop the driver. The driver comes out shooting so Frank kills him and takes Takegura. Takegura tells him agrees to form a meeting and be traded for Rocky. Castle brings Junior with him while going to the meeting.
They go to the spot of the trade but before it can be completed Castle is attacked by a ninja. The ninja then kills Rocky as Frank moves locations. He then discovers the dead body of Junior, who was slain by the ninja. Frank is shocked, not knowing how he will explain this to Micro. They start getting shot at by a third party. In the confusion Castle defeats the ninja. The third party turns out to be the rich people Castle was after. Frank kills them both.
Frank puts Junior in a body back and returns to Microchip. When he shows up Micro is watching a screen and not paying attention and starts talking about business. The only thing the Punisher says is "I'm sorry." Micro turns around and sees the body bag and is shocked. The issue ends with Micro crying over his sons body.
