While sleeping in a warehouse in a area that was supposed to be vacant, Castle hears the sound of a garbage truck. It sounds suspicious to him so he checks it out, only to discover that it was full of dead bodies. The driver was nowhere to be found.
The Punisher goes to Microchip and his son to get information about who the truck might belong to. Microchip Jr discovers that it belongs to a corporation. Frank infuriates the headquarters and knocks out their guard dogs with tranquilizer darts. He eavesdrops on a conversation by two of the people that work their and overhears that they disregard their vile belongings in a pit. Frank searches the building and finds lots of cash and a black book full of their pick up places. The phone rings and Castle answers it and hears about a pick up that night. After visiting Microchip Jr and giving him the locations of the pick ups he goes to the spot that was given over the phone. He parks his van in the distance and goes to the location on foot. He crosses a dump full of radioactive material that also seemed like the spot where they were disposing of bodies.
When the Punisher gets to the meeting point he finds out that the mob is selling plutonium to Arabian terrorists. He breaks up the meeting and a fire fight ensues. Frank finds a weapons cache and takes ammo and grenades and makes it out of the building. He is outnumbered fifteen to one. He finds onc of them alone and captures him for questioning. He reveals that the Arabs are making a bomb with the plutonium. Frank goes back to the weapons cache and takes a grenade launcher and uses it to blow up the armory.
