Special giant-sized anniversary issue! This issue features two stories, "Yo Yo" and "Bark Like a Dog."
The first story finds Punisher being contacted by a disgruntled investor and parent. The Grand Couree Dam has been constructed using substandard materials, and one thinks a crime has been committed. Punisher takes on the case to deal with the faulty engineer.
The second story deals with a prisoner recounting a fabricated altercation with the Punisher.

Volume Description
This is the first ongoing comic book series starring the fictional Marvel Comics vigilante The Punisher, following a limited series published the previous year. It lasted for 104 issues after witch this title, as well as Punisher's other two comics Punisher: War Journal and Punisher: War Zone, where cancelled and merged into Punisher Volume 3.
This series also spawned seven annuals, as well as the annuals The Punisher Summer Special #1-4 , The Punisher: Back to School Special #1-3 and The Punisher Holiday Special #1-3.
