400 years ago, the first Phantom was washed up on a bengal beach, after seeing his father killed by pirates. He swore to devote his life to destroying evil. Through the centuries, the eldest son would take over as the new Phantom, creating the 'Man who cannot die' legend and 'The Ghost who Walks'.
Enter present day and Phantom's present day girlfriend Diana, and the slave traders that get thoroughly beaten up by Phantom in the Arabian desert.
When Phantom gets buried up to his neck in trouble, enter Devil the dog, who digs Phantom out.
Diana's been captured by the desert bad guys, but Phantom and Devil get the job done.
