As the Titans regroup from their battle with the villain Psimon, Raven gathers her new Brotherhood of Evil. What does this have to do with the Titans old allies/sparring partners Thunder & Lightning? Plus, the team welcomes back an old friend to the fold.
After Psimon has been subdued, with the help of Jarras Minion, the Titans take a issue breather. Unfortunately, Thunder and Lightning (part-time Titans) are also subdued, but by Raven. They will have further use to her in soon to come issues.
