Issue Description

Things are heating up in the Gulf State of Qatar. The Emir wants the CIA out of his kingdom before their counter-terrorist operation blows up in his face and provokes an invasion. But with somebody feeding inside information to the terrorists — somebody with their own grudge against the Losers — it looks like Stegler's new assignment just might be his last.
