The Legionnaires on Earth have to handle the chaos unfurling with the loss of technology with the rest of the Legion are on a mission on a distant planet, preventing a war that could destroy the galaxy. The Legionnaires and the Legion Cadets on Earth are able to defeat two of the people responsible for the carnage, leaving two more still on the loose.
