"Way of a Will" part one. Flash and some of his friends attend the reading of Dr. Joar Mahkent's (a.k.a. the Icicicle) last will and testament, since Wally is apparently an heir to the fortune. Unfortunately, a ghostly presence shows up to spoil the proceedings.
