 Flash has just proposed to Angela and they are hoping to enjoy a romantic time in Venice, but Replicant has other plans for them.  Flash is forced to try and save her from his evil tricks.  Meanwhile, back in Central City, the rest of the Flash's are trying to figure out what Impulse is talking about... Linda?  Kadabra?  Is he seeing ghosts, making up stories?
