Issue Description
Probably not one for the politically correct, as Black Canary is captured by the Penguin and spends a fair amount of the story tied to a chair in her underwear. Oh well, gives Batman the opportunity to not only capture the Penguin, but to show how gallant he is by covering BC with his cape at the story's conclusion. For which BC plants a kiss on his lips and declares him to be her hero. Whatever would Ollie say?
The second story this issue sees the launch of a new secret agent called Nemesis, whose aim is to balance the scales of justice.
