Issue Description

Senator Bail Organa's ship is attacked by pirates, and former Supreme Chancellor Valorum returns to warn any who will listen of treachery behind the scenes. Star Wars: Republic Volume 1

Star Wars: Repbulic is continued from Dark Horse's Star Wars series, starting with issue 46. The title focuses mainly on the time around Episode II and the Clone Wars. The series lasted until issue 83, after which it was retitled as Star Wars: Dark Times, following the events of Episode III.

That series had a new number 1 and a new title, but the indica still states "Star Wars Republic" and continues to count on from issue 84 and on.
