Golf fever has come to Springfield, but Mr. Burns finds the insurgence of amateurs on his beloved putting greens to be an eighteen-hole nightmare. The solution: build his dream course on the only undeveloped property available... the Springfield Nature Preserve! Only three things stand in his way: Lisa Simpson, the Li'l Chickadees, and a blood oath that Mr. Burns swore to uphold many years ago. Teeing off in October!
