Issue Description
The Silver Surfer now has the power of the Uni-Lord. Billions upon billions of sous crying out to him is a constant torment, mere seconds old. The Congregation of Finality is dead and the Congregation destroyed.
The Uni-Lord is now back in his true form. He thanks the Surfer for finally ending his madness. But the Surfer's power is trying to be taken from him by another, and it is not the Uni-Lord.
Vartu begins his preparation to take the power of the Uni-Lord for himself, grabbing the Surfer's board. But the Surfer will not allow it and appears before him. The Surfer has a spasm, that which causes the breach between universes, and devises a plan. He travels through the breach, remembering that the breach tried to take his power once before.
This time he allows it to take his power. The breach takes all the souls and power of the Uni-Lord and the Surfer is free from his madness. This causes the Blackbodies to deactivate. Having put a portion of his soul in the Surfer's board, Vartu lays down and dies.
The Surfer is now greeted by Skooka, who has been reborn as well. She bids the Surfer farewell on his way to his own universe. The Surfer is then instantly spit back into his own universe.
The Surfer is found by Quasar and Beta Ray Bill, who witnessed a strange light traveling multiple light spped hit the Surfer.
