The Silver Surfer has returned to Zenn-La to see his beloved Shalla Bal. He first stops at his parents tombstones and reflects on the recent events with Mephisto. He lights and eternal flame for them and is met by a strange old woman. She tells him his new life is about to begin.
He returns to Shalla Bal, only to discover that she has found a new lover. His name is Fennan Radd, and he is the Surfer's half brother that was kept secret. He plans to reform Zenn-La. The Surfer realizes that Shalla did not belong to him and leaves the planet.
Meanwhile, it seems Tyrant is in search of Galactus.
