Steve and Brandy return to the farmhouse where Rom battled the mutant Hybrid only to find Rom's Neutralizer. Where is the Spaceknight and why would he abandon his most powerful weapon? The answers lie in Limbo where Rom has been banished. Surrounded by scores of the very enemy he has banished to Limbo for the last 2 centuries, can Rom escape from where none before have? Also, Rom runs into an old friend and meets the sinister Space Phantom ruler of Limbo. Plus, a back-up story featuring Rom and the Spaceknights of Galador.

Volume Description

The first (and only) volume of Rom. Although Rom was a Marvel character, and fully integrated into the Marvel Universe, the Hasbro toy company owned the rights to the character (since it was a comic published after a toy they made). The series ended with issue 75, after which Marvel lost the rights to publish Rom. Rom has a devoted fan-base who tries to convince Marvel to buy the rights back to publish a new Rom series. A sequel to this series, the mini-series Spaceknights, was published in 2000.
