Issue Description
Mary Jane. Ben Reilly. The baby. The "stalker". These are the topics that readers refuse to let die, but which will be answered? Writer J. Michael Straczynski is coming to the Spider-verse next month, the stage is being cleared now in this three-part shocker! Continued in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2001!
Note: This comic became somewhat of a hit because the cover resembled the famous kissing scene from the first Spider-Man movie from 2002. As such, it became worth a lot of money, but has since declined a bit again.

Volume Description
Peter Parker: Spider-Man Volume 1This volume is a continuation of the 1990 Spider-Man series. That series was rebooted after the Final Chapter crossover. This series was published until issue 57 (or issue 155, when counting the original Spider-Man 1990 series numbering that had also been done since issue 30 of this series). The series was replaced by Spectacular Spider-Man Vol.2, again by writer Paul Jenkins, whom had been the writer of this series from issue 20 up to issue 50. A special of Peter Parker: Spider-Man was released in 2012 as part of the "Point One" initiative. That issue featured the original numbering issue of the series.
