Captain Britain - Part 1 - Captain Britain and the elf Jackdaw are send back to England by Merlyn. His costume changes to the flag of Great Britain and his cedar is gone. They are inside a bank that is being robbed by some of the Crazy Gang members - the Jester, the Conjurors and the Knave. After a brief fight Mad Jim Jaspers shows up with Red Queen, Tweedle-Dope and the Executioner. They all attack Captain Britain and then he realizes his new suit has the same powers of his old cedar - invulnerability, flying abilities and blasts of energy. When the police show up the Crazy Gang fly away inside their helicopter. At the end Captain Britain discovers that something is very wrong with his England.

Volume Description
In 1979 Marvel UK's then-longest running weekly title, Marvel Comic (originally titled Mighty World of Marvel) came to an end with #352, cover dated 25th July, and was merged into Spider-Man Comic (the second longest running Marvel UK title), while at the same time being relaunched as the monthly title Marvel Super-Heroes, which continued Marvel Comics numbering. In May 1983's #397, Marvel Super-Heroes was cancelled and merged into The Daredevils.
