In 'Editori-Al', Al Milgrom discusses al the upcoming project and how swamped he is to the readers of the book.
In 'A Plague of Frogs', a gunman is about to shoot an incoming foreign spitritual worker, Bhagwan Sri Ananda, from India. Out of seemingly nowhere, Captain America attacks the gunman, and Ananda and his bodyguard all thank him. He goes away, yet feels uneasy about the situation. He thinks Ananda is suspicious in his eyes.
Meanwhile, the superhero Frog-Man is walking through the alleyways when he encounters a man being mugged. He manages to knock them over, but they get up. Captain America comes and helps them, and Frog-Man wants to be his sidekick. Cap says the complete opposite, and wants him to stay off the streets, and thinks he shouldn't be a superhero.
Frog-Man returns and his father, formerly Leap-Frog, lectures him about how he doesn't want him leaving the house in costume. He makes Frog-Man tell him what happened, and his father wants to tell the police. He then watches Ananda on television. Meanwhile, Cap is turning in the muggers, and it is revealed they are international assassins.
Frog-Man once again leaves his house, breaking into a closed down resturant and finding a trap door. He find many machinery, and later encounters Ananda, who takes him captive. Later, Captain America visits Ananda, who plays with his mind, revealing that he is the Yellow Claw. He knocks Captain America out in front of Frog-Man as the story comes to a close.
In 'Dr. Owl, Master of the Mystic Arts', Dr. Strange visits the Amazon forest where Owl, a village boy has been abusing his powers. To teach him a lesson, he shows Owl his future of taking his place, and gives him a choice to either go to that point or to live through it normally. Owl chooses to live through, and Doctor Strange is proud of him.
In 'The Call', Daredevil is going through his normal daily routine when he hears a call on a taxi's radio. He stops a bankrobbery.
