Issue Description
Special extra-sized issue! Having conquered their universe, the Qwardians have set their sights on conquering ours. But first they must destroy the one obstacle standing in their way: OA! And with Kyle at the brink of death, literally stabbed in the back by one of his own, it looks like the universe may be doomed!
Kyle Rayner and Amon Sur are finally fighting one on one until Kerina, Amon Sur's second hand woman and lover, attacks Kyle from behind. Amon Sur uses the opportunity to try to stab Kyle, but instead he kills Kerina by mistake. Kyle uses the detraction to escape and retrieve his power battery, he hid on his ship in the docking bay.
Meanwhile, Bynari reveals to Shilandra that she is the traitor and Byari has been working for Amon Sur since Kyle first called her. Bynari attempts to kill Shilandra but she turns the tables and snaps Byari's neck, leaving her for dead.
Meanwhile, Amon Sur's crew has been firing the Blind, a Qwardian weapon at Oa and Ganthet has been trying to prevent the destruction. Kyle, with a fully charged ring, comes to the guardian's aide and turns the weapon back on itself. This destroys the Blind but causes a wave of energy that destroys Amon Sur's ship as well. Kilowog, Voz and Reemuz make it to an escape pod, as does Shilandra and a hand full of slaves.
Kyle notices Amon Sur getting away but catches his ship. Just when it looks like Kyle has Amon Sur trapped, Lianna shows up unexpectedly and stabs Kyle from behind. She lets Amon Sur get away explaining it is destiny that Kyle dies this way. After she leaves Kyle remarks "Screw Destiny" and sends his ring to earth to find Terry.
