Kyle is still not home and now in the team up you never thought would happen its Kyle and Hal back to back fighting to save Oa. You don't want to miss this!
Scene opens with Kyle realizing he has clearly over jumped his return to the past. Him and Hal get locked in a yellow cage and Sinestro goes off to kill the guardians. Kyle and Hal exchange pleasantries and kyle frees them. Along the way Kyle is hit by the epic coolness of Oa; The battery....Hal etc
Kyle's ring with no yellow weakness helps them save the guardians and Sinestro escapes, Hal and Ganthet blast Kyle for not showing more initiative and "stopping" Sinestro they question his abilities and his training which prompts kyle to almost deck Ganthet. He explains his situation and they decide it best he stay and help out with Sinestro before going back. They track down Sinestro and Hal and kyle take him out....well Kyle takes him out with a boxing glove to the face. Kyle is then transported back to his time, just as he is teleported Sinestro commands his ring from afar to push Hal along with Kyle. Kyle is back home but a young Hal is along for the ride.

Volume Description
The third Volume called Green Lantern, this volume fallows after The Green Lantern Corps Volume 1, issue #224.
Green Lantern Volume 3 saw the rise and fall of Hal Jordan, the Return of John Stewart, the destruction of the Green Lantern Corps, the death and rebirth of Kilowog, and the Introduction of Kyle Rayner one of the greatest Green Lanterns. It also encompasses the vast majority of the 90's.
Green Lantern Volume 3 ended in issue #181 and was continued in Green Lantern Rebirth with the return of Hal Jordan as a Green Lantern.
