While Doc Weir and The Avenger search for Capricorn's trail, they turn up The Scarlet Scorpion, alive and well. Strock and the FF make a deal with Valkyra- they'll set her free in exchange for the new Rad's identity, and Gorgana, still free and in possesion of Nightveil's Cloak Of Darkness, has a plan to use it to turn herself beautiful, and give the FF "A Bad Case Of The Uglies". Written by Bill Black, drawn by Brad Gorby and Richard(The Count)Rome, with inks by Mark Heike. Guest starring Krone, General Strock, Proxima, Paragon, Commando D and Astron.
