OverviewIn a brief calm before the coming storm that will be The Black Shroud War, we see our cast in tiny, more personal snippets of their lives, "Scattered Moments" if you will. Jennifer Burke, the new Ms. Victory runs into newly-revived Jet-Girl while testing her experimental flying disc. That leads into a look at Jet-girls' husband, Rocketman back leading his old company, which prospered while they were in stasis. Former Army officer David Merryweather (Catman) collects his back pay, and Keith Spenser (Captain Flash) returns to his old school to find former protege Ricky, now a maturing professor.
Alone, late at night, Nightveil dreams of here love for the star-crossed Black Commando. Can the magical powers within her, fueled by her strong desires, actually bring him before her?
And She-Cat and Stardust go out for a night on the town.
Written by Bill Black and Richard Rome (The Count), with pencils by Black, John Dell and Billie Marimon, and inks by Mark Heike and John Dell. Guest starring Byron Foulger, Purple Claw, The Green Lama and Sargeant Briggs.
Then, it's Colt solo, as a lead on her late husband's death puts her on the prowl in "My Green Eyed Lady", written and pencilled by Don Secrease, and inked by Bill Koch and Secrease.
Stardust centerspread by Mark Moore (Cats's Claw) and Bill Black. Color cover by Will Meugniot. Interiors are black and white with graytones.
