This is part 2 of the three-part storyline, "The Cyberian Connection". Last issue, the Femforce were able to stop Cyberia, but not capture her. This time she's back, wreaking more havoc in the underground tunnels below the Super Cosmos theme park, and not even having Synn turn Rayda the dynamo girl into a giant woman seems enough to slow her down. And who is the old enemy Cyberia is really taking orders from? The last person you'd expect a former Communist to be working with!! Written by Mike Frankovich, Jr., drawn by Eric Coile, Bill Black and Chris Allen, with inks by Mark Heike. Guest starring Rayda, Colt, Dawn Hunter, and Lady Luger. Color painted GTS cover by Brad Gorby, interiors are black and white with graytones. Standard comic book format.
