Each club is attempting to attract new members for the newest school year. Densuke, however, has yet to be asked. His two friends, who have joined the basketball and judo clubs, inform Densuke that he is just not noticed for anyone to ask him to join a club. Off to the side, a mass of people attempts to enlist a girl into their ranks. Densuke asks about her and his friends inform him that she is a new student; a very smart and attractive new student. Not only do all the clubs want her, but she is also the topic of just about every conversation in school. The girl is Chiharu and Densuke is instantly smitten. She explains that she has already joined a club and doesn’t intend on joining any others. The crowd disperses. Densuke begins to leave when he trips and crashes into Chiharu, landing on top of her. Not realizing what he is doing, he puts his hands down on her breasts to push himself up. Confused as to why the ground is so squishy, he keeps his hands on Chiharu’s chest. She asks him to get off of her and he quickly does so, apologizing all the way. She also apologizes. She was rushing off to her club and didn’t see Densuke. She rushes away. Densuke notices that Chiharu has dropped her wallet. As he picks it up the stragglers from the crowd confront him about grabbing Chiharu’s chest. He runs away embarrassed.
Stopping to catch his breath, Densuke inspects the wallet and sees that it is very girly, even for a girl. Sensing the warmth of the wallet, Densuke envisions the wallet tucked snuggly in Chiharu’s skirt. These are the thoughts, he realizes, that keep girls away from him. To the contrary, a girl is spying on him from the bushes. She informs a girl named Kirika that Densuke seems to possess all the attributes they are looking for: average brain capacity, appropriate physique, and a lack of presence. Kirika, seeing that Densuke is already headed to the clubs with Chiharu’s wallet, decides that Densuke will join her club. She informs the other girl, Kyoko, to get the plan going. Kyoko makes a call to set things in motion.
At the club wing of the school, Densuke walks around looking for Chiharu. With all the clubs around, he wonders why nobody is asking him to join any of them. Just then he hears an invitation to the Theater Club. He realizes it was not directed at him. Depressed, he continues down the hall until a girl asks him to join the Cooking Club. He doesn’t believe the invite is for him. Instead of answering he stares at her large boobs. She loses her nerve and runs away claiming that she can’t do it. Densuke doesn’t know how to take that and continues on. He is attacked by a fake bear, offered tea, and questioned about an assassination attempt on the tea-giver, Lin Grace. Densuke bolts, wondering exactly what kind of school he’s in. He runs headlong into a girl who falls over, her shirt coming up to her neck. After pulling her shirt back down, the girl explains that she’s hurt her ankle. Densuke offers to carry her to wherever she’s going. The head to the infirmary and she gives him directions for a short cut. He can’t help but think about how soft her butt is and doesn’t realize that she’s instructed him right into a dead end. Upon realizing where they are, the girl shouts that the forced invitation has been engaged. Kyoko busts through a wall while riding a robot and knocks Densuke out.
Densuke awakens in a club dorm room. Chiharu stands before him and welcomes him to the Eiken Club. Kirika had brought him because he was unconscious. He then notices the fake Cooking Club inviter, fake bear, and Lin Grace are members. He then realizes that Kirika has had him join the Eiken Club while he was unconscious. Chiharu is adamant that Densuke not join and Kirika figures it’s because he was the first to ever touch her boobs. Kirika then comes on to Densuke.
Moments later, Densuke’s friends show up and ask him about joining the club. They figure that Densuke planned all along to grab Chiharu’s boobs to get some recognition. They fail to realize that she is standing close to Densuke. She rushes off in a huff. Densuke tries to run after her but she is too fast. He finally catches up and asks her to hear him out. He tells her that grabbing her chest was an accident and all he wants to do now is return her wallet. She had been looking for it and explains that she has had it since she was a little girl. Chiharu then explains that she isn’t so good talking with boys. Their touching moment of understanding gets ruined when Kirika tackles Densuke and chides him for looking up Chiharu’s skirt. He hadn’t been, but he sees now that it was definitely an option. Kirika knocks Densuke into Chiharu and the two fall down again. And, like before, Densuke finds his hands firmly gripping Chiharu’s breasts. They hurriedly get up and Densuke ratifies his membership in what he finds out is an all-girls club. Oddly, none of the members know what they do…
Chapter Two: Densuke's Toughest DayNow that school is in full swing, Densuke can’t help but hear the rumblings about his club. Everyone is saying to avoid the Eiken Club; he doesn’t get why. Even teachers are warning against it. Densuke wonders about Kirika’s motives when she appears and whisks him away to the clubroom. He hears people whispering about them as they go but Kirika tells him to ignore the talk. She entices Densuke inside by informing him that Chiharu is also inside. He immediately begins to daydream about grabbing her chest. Kirika calls him on it. They enter and run into Chiharu changing. Densuke blurts out many apologies while Kirika compliments Chiharu’s bust. Once changed, Chiharu apologizes for failing to lock the door. Kirika explains that everyone is out promoting the Eiken Club since it has such a bad rap. Chiharu and Densuke are to join the fray. Kirika then pulls out a uniform for Densuke. He’s not to put it on himself; Kirika forces Densuke into it. She then produces another uniform and offers him to dress her in it. He politely declines.
Densuke and Chiharu go looking for the others. Densuke can’t take his eyes off Chiharu’s figure. They fortunately run into Komoe (the fake Cooking Club inviter) before he gets too lost in her curves. Komoe, it seems, doesn’t remember Densuke from the previous day. Regardless, she shows the two what she’s doing to help the club. Komoe has been in a cooking club for a few years and, now that she’s in the Eiken Club, now tries to use her skills to get people interested. People aren’t interested, however, when they hear she is there on behalf of the Eiken Club. Chiharu doesn’t care. She’s excited to learn to make handmade udon noodles for her family. Densuke is impressed that she’d think of her family. He also asks to learn. He can’t seem to get the process right and gets down on himself. Komoe explains that it’s the love that you put into the noodles that makes it good. She then takes off her glasses and apron. Kirika had told her to knead that noodles like that as a way to get people to her booth. She doesn’t quite understand how it works, but Densuke sees that without her apron on her kneading is very provocative. A good number of people are taking notice, especially of Komoe’s huge rack. Densuke can’t believe that Kirika would exploit Komoe like that and leaves in a huff. Kirika then corners him for dues owed on a cooking lesson. He tries to get out of it until Kirika threatens to rat him out to Chiharu.
Densuke and Chiharu continue to search for other Eiken members. Densuke steps on a landmine. Kyoko appears and explains that the Eiken Club has many enemies. She explains that two hundred such mines exist as Densuke steps on another one. He then steps on the rest on the way to a flea market run by the Eiken Club. It seems that the Eiken Club pillages trashcans and resells stuff to the other clubs. It’s all a cover-up to sell one special disk that can’t be used in a normal computer. The disk contains secret information hacked from the Pentagon, which Kirika sells to some foreigners.
After seeing some of the questionable stuff the Eiken Club does, Densuke asks Chiharu why she’s still in the club. She responds that she’s trying to make a difference. They arrive at a performance put on by Lin Grace. They learn that she is an acrobat. She offers to teach them a thing or two. That ends up being a human cannonball. Kirika shows up and goads the two into it since they still haven’t made any money to pay their membership dues. Densuke does the honorable thing and asks to do one big shot with himself to save Chiharu from having to do anything. Kirika okays it. Densuke climbs in and prepares for a relatively safe cannon shot. Once the cannon fires, though, it explodes and Densuke is nowhere to be found. Kirika walks off with Chiharu worried about Densuke. He finally crawls over and asks again exactly what the point of the Eiken Club is.
Later, Densuke is out with a couple of friends when he sees Komoe drop a large number of pots. She spots him and looks embarrassed.
Chapter Three: Komoe Doing Her BestDensuke is bummed that Chiharu is late. Kikaru is less than sympathetic and orders him to go out and do club activities. He looks around and sees his fellow clubmates doing different things. Kikaru says that he can do whatever he wants because no one really knows what type of club the Eiken Club is. Komoe then bumps into Densuke and drops a load of laundry. Kikaru does not let Densuke help Komoe pick up the laundry. Others in the club order Komoe to do other chores and Densuke decides it’s high time someone helped Komoe out. He tries, but all they do is drop more laundry. Komoe gets buried and Densuke tries to find her in the lump of clothes. He places his hands on what he thinks is a waterbed – it’s Komoe’s boobs. Kirikaru gets a kick out of it and then leaves with the others and orders Komoe to get the chores done. Densuke apologizes and Komoe forgives him knowing that it was a simple mistake. Wanting to make it up to her, Densuke tries to help with the chores but Komoe is adamant that she do them alone. Every time Densuke tries to start a new chore Komoe has already begun working on it. Densuke has enough and tries to force his way into helping; this just causes another accident in which Komoe and Densuke crash into each other. Outside, Kirika shouts to Komoe to get some more tissue from the store. Densuke shouts out that giving all the chores to Komoe isn’t fair. He turns and finds Komoe passed out. He helps her up and she regains her composure. She explains that everyone has always done everything for her. Now that she’s in the Eiken Club she feels like she has an identity because they expect her to do everything for herself. The problem is she is so clumsy. Densuke offers to help her; two clumsy people working has got to be better than just one. Komoe agrees. The two turn to enter a doorway and fail to see the glass door is shut.
Soon enough the clubroom is spotless. Kikaru is impressed, but even more so when Komoe explains that Densuke helped. Densuke wonders when he’ll find his acceptance within the club.
One morning Densuke walks to classes early with his two friends, Todoroki and Shimada. He’s never been out that early and is surprised to see a huge plane land on the campus. The friends explain that this happens everyday. In fact, the person in the plane is a member of Densuke’s club. It’s Lin Grace. She steps off her plane and the wind blows her skirt up, giving Densuke’s friends a view of her underwear. They geek out and Lin greets Densuke. Shimada drools over he slender frame and supple breasts. This seems commonplace, as Todoroki explains that it was just yesterday that he was doing the same over Chiharu.
Chapter Four: A Naughty Day with Lin?Densuke looks over Chiharu’s shoulder to see her art homework. He comments on her being a lefty and she gets embarrassed and shoos him away. Lin comes in and sees the two of them looking embarrassed. She asks if something has happened between the two of them. They deny it and Lin gets called away. Densuke walks away and Chiharu apologizes for shooing him earlier. Kirika calls Densuke over and has him peak through a door at something. He looks and sees Komoe getting groped by Lin. Densuke can’t believe it, especially when Komoe acts like nothing went wrong. He turns to ask Chiharu if she knows about Lin’s desire to kiss ladies but notices that she’s gone. He turns back around and Lin is standing there. She wonders why he’s always thinking about Chiharu. She closes the door and asks to learn more about him. She grabs his hands and he can’t help but think that he is next on the list of people Lin will have kissed that day. She says she’s going to do Pu Chu on him. He states that they probably shouldn’t and she explains that she’s done it with everyone. Still not sure what she’s talking about, he imagines Lin kissing everyone in the club. Then he imagines a sex scene between Lin and Chiharu. Lin leans in close to Densuke and asks him how he feels. He thinks that he wanted this experience (the breasts against his chest; the skirt slowly climbing higher) with Chiharu, not Lin. She suddenly pulls away and tells him his fortune: Beware the one you love. Kikaru storms in and accuses Densuke of having dirty thoughts while Lin found out his fortune. He gets mad at Kikaru because she’s the one who planted contrary thoughts in his head about Lin’s actions. Lin explains that divining is in her heritage. Komoe returns from the store and says that her fortune was right, the toilet paper was half off. Chiharu then walks in and Densuke remembers his fortune. This makes him clumsy and he slips on a sponge and his face lands in Chiharu’s breasts. She reacts and shoves Densuke into the wall. She then walks home and Densuke fails to ask to walk with her. Kikaru calls him on it. He then notices that Chiharu dropped her pencil box. Kikaru tells him this is his chance to approach her.
Chapter Five: If You've Got the Guts! Go! Go! Go!Densuke looks over Chiharu’s shoulder to see her art homework. He comments on her being a lefty and she gets embarrassed and shoos him away. Lin comes in and sees the two of them looking embarrassed. She asks if something has happened between the two of them. They deny it and Lin gets called away. Kikaru calls him on it. He then notices that Chiharu dropped her pencil box. Kikaru tells him this is his chance to approach her.
Chapter Six: Beauty and the BeastInside, Densuke is given a bandage. Teddy asks if he’s doing okay and, before he can answer that he’s still recovering from her last assault, forces him to play with her. He hopes she’ll be gentler. She won’t be. She tosses him into the wall. He tries to stop playing with her but she gets offended. He repents and offers to let her throw him at the wall again.
The next day Densuke can hardly move. Kirika explains that Teddy is really a shy person and has never opened up to anyone before. She urges Densuke to keep playing with her. He hopes he can and voices that any more rough play and he may start to hate her. Teddy, unfortunately, hears this and runs away crying. Kirika barks at Densuke that Teddy is a real person inside. He runs after her but gets tripped up and lands facedown in a butt. He doesn’t recognize the girl the butt belongs to, but she is very small and runs away. He catches her arm and sees that she’s hurt. He hates to abandon his hunt for Teddy but the little girl is hurt and he takes her to the infirmary. He locates some disinfectant and applies way too much to her little wound. She recoils and he apologizes as he places a bandage on the wound. He explains that he’s now hurt two people today, both on accident. He states that he was mean to Teddy and didn't mean it. He then apologizes for keeping her so long. She puts her hand on his cheek and then sneaks away when he isn’t looking. He’s startled at her absence and then resumes his hunt for Teddy.
The next day, Teddy sees Densuke and pounces him with joy. The others figure something must have happened for them to be such good friends now.
Chapter Seven: You Can Do It Densuke! Swim!Kirika invites the Eiken Club to the pool, which she says opened a day early just for them. Densuke sees the lock is broken. Chiharu shows up but is reluctant to get in the pool. She stands poolside in a long sleeved shirt and Kirika walks up and pulls the shirt off. The point is to show off the swimming suit, which Kirika picked out. Densuke can’t believe how Chiharu looks.
The club relaxes at the pool. Some swim, some sun bathe, Chiharu does laps. Densuke sees that her form is perfect. His reverie is interrupted when the club sees he isn’t swimming. He says he can swim but knows in his mind that he can’t at all. Kirika has a solution: she gives Densuke a water motor. Densuke sees Chiharu looking at him and he lies that he was called the Invisible Dolphin back in middle school (a blatant lie). He then switches on the motor and begins flying around the pool. Everyone is impressed. Kirika manages to get ahold of the remote for the motor and makes Densuke go faster. The remote breaks and Chiharu realizes that this has been another one of Kirika’s games. She dives into the pool to save a drowning Densuke. The blade suddenly flies off the motor and cuts Chiharu’s bikini top. Her leg also cramps up. She starts to drown. Densuke goes off instinct and dives under water to save Chiharu. He swims them both to safety and the club sees that she’ll be fine. Kirika sees that Densuke actually can swim and kicks him back into the water. Chiharu wakes to find Densuke trying to swim again and failing miserably.

Volume Description
Proper Japanese Title: エイケン
Eiken is a manga series that focuses on the life of a highschool boy named Densuke Mifune, who after landing on a fellow class mate and old crush Chiharu Shinonome, is forced into the mysterious Eiken club populated by woman only, most of whom have really large enormous breasts. Eiken is a really fanservice- heavy manga, as we got not only barely covered up shot of woman's breasts but the garden variety of panty shots and much much more. As you can tell the theme of the series is fanservice with REALLY LARGE breasted woman. While the series is VERY Fanservicey, it doesn't go and flat out show nudity but they have alluded to it a number of times and show A LOT of details in certain areas that almost past for it like for example nipples poking through a bikini a little or panties forming a certain form. The manga has been translated into english but has been critizied as some of it is mistranslated and sometimes sounds engrish. The series has a anime of it's own but in the form of two episode OVAs that has also been dubbed and features some big voice actor names like Stephanine Sheh. Eiken also had itself a series of radio dramas as well. There are over 18 volumes of manga of eiken and it's been suggest that the series is actually a parody of Ecchi type animes/manga. The Manga and the anime are created by Seiji Matsuyama.
The Manga series is published by Akita Shotenand started in 2001 in an issue of Weekly Shōnen Championand ended in 2006 with as I said 18 volumes. It's publisher in english is Media Blasters.
