Volume Description
The new volume of DC's flagship title, Detective Comics, following the post-Flashpoint relaunch of the DC Universe. Originally launched as a standard book, the title received a back up feature starting with issue #8. With Daniel's departure, writer John Layman, and artist Jason Fabok took his place as the new creative team.
April 2013's issue #19 was an extra large anniversary issue, as combined with the first volume of the series, it was the 900th issue of Detective Comics published, yet DC wanted to retain the numbering.
