Issue Description
Admiral Cerebrus is abducting children with high levels of psychic ability, when they reach a certain score on a video game he has created they are teleported to his yacht where he drains their psychic power for his own use. Vixen goes looking for Superman when a friend of hers is kidnapped and asks for his help.
With the help of Jimmy Olsen they discover the location of the factory that produces the game and the whereabouts of the yacht belonging to Admiral Cerebrus. While Superman destroys the factory Vixen investigates the yacht but is captured and Cerebrus intends to demonstrate his psychic power by destroying her mind. Luckily Superman arrives in time to cause a distraction so Vixen can free herself and together they defeat Cerebrus and rescue the kidnapped children.
