Issue Description
Attorney Matt Murdock faces the most challenging case of his career, a lawsuit that will bring justice to a boy blinded by corporate pollution. But Daredevil has an even bigger case- Typhoid Mary, a villain as intriguing as she is insane.
The issue begins with Matt having a nightmare about not being able to save a blind boy. Meanwhile, Kingpin is talking about a trial that is going on with Matt and his friend Foggy Nelson. The scene shifts back to Matt who sees Typhoid Mary in her disguise along with Tyrone, a blind child who has a radar like he does. He kisses her but immediately feels guilty because Karen Page is also in love with him. Then the trial is about to begin without him. While on the way he is attacked by Typhoid Mary who is now transformed. He does not see that she is the same Mary and is nearly killed before he lets her escape. He makes his way into the courthouse where the trial has come to a close. He also sees Karen and feels regretful.
