Matt has a witness that wants to talk about Councilman Cherryh but the Kingpin sends men to kill him. Foggy hires Luke Cage and Iron Fist to bodyguard Matt.
After a fight at a parade on Fifth Avenue, the witness confesses he only wanted to help his sick sister.
Elektra meets with Kingpin.
