Issue Description

Inside Arkham Asylum, Batman teams up with Harvey Dent to go up against the man who has brainwashed the doctors and guards: Jervis Tetch, AKA the Mad Hatter! What's the Hatter's tragic origin, how exactly did he go mad, and why does he seek revenge against the software firm where he used to be employed? Batman disguises himself as Two-Face to find out, only to find himself meeting with Dent's wife, Alice, who has finally agreed to Dent's insistence to get a divorce. Disguised as her husband, what is the Batman to do? And what will the real Harvey Dent think when he sees Batman kissing his wife?
