Newspaper comic strip reprints: Calvin and Hobbes, Batman, Modesty Blaise, The Phantom, Flash Gordon, Bloom County.

As a terrorist group steps up their assault on Gotham City, a businessman with ties to the group approaches Bruce Wayne and Harvey Dent, to see if they wish to pledge their support to "fighting" the terrorists. Fed up with vigilantes like Batman flaunting the law, Dent is sorely tempted to sell his soul, especially if it means support for an eventual Mayoral run. Bruce Wayne feigns enthusiastic interest to infiltrate the group, where he meets their leader known as the Red Hood... who, in reality, is the Joker!
