Anarcho, Dictator of Death was a rarity during the Golden Age, a comic devoted to just one story. In this case Radar, International Policeman vs. Anarcho, Dictator of Death.
While there were a number of comics featuring a single hero, they were still made up of a number of smaller stories. To dedicate all 52 pages to just one character and one story was almost unheard of outside of Classics Illustrated.
