Issue Description

The T.I.A. will renew its bacteriological weapons and will tune Arms with bug. These weapons are an invention of Professor Bacterio-based bacteria, which are inoculated to an animal. These animals have different properties that become a dangerous weapon. Mort and Phil will have to test the performance of these weapons-bug.

Mort and Phil is a humorous cartoon series created and developed by the Spanish author Francisco Ibáñez from 1958, the most popular of his, and probably the entire environment in Spain. Usually attached to school Bruguera, also has enjoyed a multitude of adaptations to other media.
