They have stolen the professor Bacterio's latest invention, the copy machine people. This machine is used to copy people with a distinct personality. On the one hand we introduce a photograph of the person you wish to copy and the other is introduced to the encephalogram kind of mentality you want. The result is an exact copy of the subject but with a different mentality.
Mort and Phil will be in charge of recovering the stolen invention and keep copies of the thief made people commit crimes.

Volume Description
Mort and Phil is a humorous cartoon series created and developed by the Spanish author Francisco Ibáñez from 1958, the most popular of his, and probably the entire environment in Spain. Usually attached to school Bruguera, also has enjoyed a multitude of adaptations to other media.
