Issue Description
A group of politicians wants Spain fails to Moscow 80 for resignations and so you have to do with the vacant positions. This sent an agent NIECE (Union Organiser National Athletic Inter Reivindicantes Buns). That agent will try to induce the Spanish athletes to strike on any pretext.
Mort and Phil, accompanied by the Super will go to Moscow to prevent athletes from going on strike, and if one does (or is disabled) Mort and Phil replaced him. In practice, always have to make substitutions.
When the Super explains the mission, Mort reminded that at the previous Olympics had very bad results. Even said the sort that gave him as a special medal for his participation. The two agents have a short time to train, which just serve them.

Volume Description
Mort and Phil is a humorous cartoon series created and developed by the Spanish author Francisco Ibáñez from 1958, the most popular of his, and probably the entire environment in Spain. Usually attached to school Bruguera, also has enjoyed a multitude of adaptations to other media.
