Overview

The Armored Division Police are busy decrypting the mysterious disc found after another encounter with the mysterious Knight Sabers. Nene of the Sabers works for the AD Police -- and is there when a mysterious mech arrives to take the disk back, by force! It's up to Priss to take on the intruder as well as rescue her friend, but can she handle a creature that thinks nothing of breaking into the most heavily armored HQ in all of MegaTokyo? It may be a company town for Genom corporation, but a few rise up to challenge the out-of-control robot "Boomers" that plague this future world. When the Armored Police Division (ADP) impounds the encrypted hard disc the Boomer was carrying, a number of new forces take interest.

In 2031 A.D., the mega-corporation Genom is on the rise as it rebuilds the devastated Tokyo from the Second Great Kanto Earthquake with their advanced cybernetic mechanoids known as "Boomers".  But the new wave of wealth and prosperity cannot hide a growing undercurrent of violence and discontent; of a city on the verge on imploding on itself, like a bubble about to burst.  As the AD Police struggles to cope with the rise of Boomer crimes and rampages, Mega-Tokyo's only hope lies in a band of high-tech vigilantes known as the Knight Sabers.  But the Knight Sabers have problems of their own with a new high-tech opponent who threatens to destroy everything they hold dear.
