Welcome to the world of MegaTokyo, 2032. The megacorporation Genom has turned the largest city on earth into a company town, after the disastrous Second Kanto Earthquake. Among Genom's products are the biomechanical "Boomers," powerful robot workers that are as much a threat as help. In the shadow of Genom, with the threat of the Boomers, one force rises to challenge them... the Knight Sabers!

A vigilante group founded by the daughter of one of the Boomers' creators, the Sabers challenge Genom's schemes and machines in their armored "hardsuits." Based on the popular cyberpunk Japanese video series, pencilled by fan-favorite Adam Warren, Bubblegum Crisis is a near-future, manga-style epic technothriller that can't be missed.

In 2031 A.D., the mega-corporation Genom is on the rise as it rebuilds the devastated Tokyo from the Second Great Kanto Earthquake with their advanced cybernetic mechanoids known as "Boomers".  But the new wave of wealth and prosperity cannot hide a growing undercurrent of violence and discontent; of a city on the verge on imploding on itself, like a bubble about to burst.  As the AD Police struggles to cope with the rise of Boomer crimes and rampages, Mega-Tokyo's only hope lies in a band of high-tech vigilantes known as the Knight Sabers.  But the Knight Sabers have problems of their own with a new high-tech opponent who threatens to destroy everything they hold dear.
